Dhadar Football Stadium, Kachhi is Crumbling – Our Youth Deserve Better

The only football stadium in Dhadar, District Kachhi, stands in ruins today. Years of negligence by the Sports Department have turned this historic ground — once a center for healthy youth activities — into a hub for drug addicts.

Boundary walls have collapsed, spectator stands are broken, and the field is overgrown with wild grass. Local players and sports lovers have been forced to abandon the ground.

Equally alarming is that staff posted here draw salaries every month without performing duties, while repeated complaints to district sports authorities have been ignored.

As Chairperson of the International Human Rights Movement Balochistan, I strongly demand:
CM Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti, Provincial Advisor for Sports, Secretary Sports Balochistan, DG Sports, and Commissioner Sibi Division to take immediate notice.

1. Release urgent funds for the repair, reconstruction, and security of Dhadar Football Stadium

2. Take strict departmental and legal action against absent and negligent employees

 

Access to sports and safe recreational spaces is a basic right of our youth. The state must fulfill its responsibility. Investing in sports is investing in the future, health, and dignity of Balochistan’s young generation.

ڈھاڈر فٹبال اسٹیڈیم، کچھی تباہی کے دہانے پر – ہمارے نوجوان بہتر کے مستحق ہیں

ضلع کچھی کے ڈھاڈر کا واحد فٹبال اسٹیڈیم آج کھنڈرات کی شکل اختیار کر چکا ہے۔ محکمہ اسپورٹس کی مسلسل غفلت نے اس تاریخی میدان کو، جو کبھی نوجوانوں کی مثبت سرگرمیوں کا مرکز تھا، نشئیوں کا گڑھ بنا دیا ہے۔

چار دیواری گر چکی، اسٹینڈز ٹوٹ چکے اور میدان جنگلی گھاس سے بھر گیا ہے۔ مقامی کھلاڑیوں اور کھیل کے شائقین کو میدان چھوڑنے پر مجبور کر دیا گیا ہے۔

اس سے بھی زیادہ تشویشناک بات یہ ہے کہ یہاں تعینات عملہ ڈیوٹی کے بغیر تنخواہیں لے رہا ہے جبکہ ضلعی حکام کو کی گئی شکایات کو نظرانداز کیا جا رہا ہے۔

بطور چیئرپرسن، انٹرنیشنل ہیومن رائٹس موومنٹ بلوچستان میں مطالبہ کرتی ہوں کہ:
وزیراعلیٰ بلوچستان میر سرفراز بگٹی، صوبائی مشیر کھیل، سیکرٹری کھیل بلوچستان، ڈی جی کھیل اور کمشنر سبی ڈویژن فوری نوٹس لیں۔

1. ڈھاڈر فٹبال اسٹیڈیم کی مرمت، تعمیر نو اور حفاظت کے لیے فوری فنڈز جاری کیے جائیں

2. غیر حاضر اور غفلت برتنے والے ملازمین کے خلاف سخت محکمانہ و قانونی کارروائی کی جائے

 

کھیل اور محفوظ تفریحی سہولیات تک رسائی ہمارے نوجوانوں کا بنیادی حق ہے۔ ریاست کو اپنی ذمہ داری پوری کرنا ہوگی۔ کھیلوں میں سرمایہ کاری بلوچسbتان کے نوجوانوں کے مستقبل، صحت اور وقار میں سرمایہ کاری ہے۔
